What is this about?

We are making an announcement regarding user information entered during the signup phase of our site. This includes your name, address, phone number and more. We need this information to process your orders and perform anti-fraud prevention methods to ensure all purchases are legitimate and non-botted or resold.

So what does this mean for me?

Well, we have noticed recently that some new users are signing up under different names or aliases rather than their first and last legal name. We also noticed a slew of fake addresses on our site.

We are requesting that everyone who has signed up to our site review their information and update it within 48 hours of this announcement, after then we will be reaching out to you if you have incorrect information requesting you update it.

What happens if I use incorrect information?

Well, we would reserve the right to terminate your account. It is important to supply the correct information as per our Terms of Service agreement. We also do this to protect you. We do not want you to set off false fraud alerts and have your account investiagated or terminated.
